About me

I am a South African who goes by the name Temba Mkosi. My name means hope in isiXhosa. Although my name is spelt without the eighth letter of the alphabet, it highlights the area and time period I was born. Although the correction of the spelling of the townships and cities involving this letter has changed, I still hold on to the missionary background of the spelling my isiXhosa name. It forms part of me, being a Christian living in post-apartheid South Africa.

There are a lot of untold stories from the experience of post-apartheid South African. This blog is created to share my opinions on the views of Mzansi from my perspective.
